Biefstukreepjes wokken

Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de noedels.Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie in een wok op hoog vuur. Bak de biefstukreepjes 2 - 3 minuten op hoog vuur en haal ze uit de pan.

Tip: Rundvlees is een bron van ijzer en paprika zit vol vitamine C. Vitamine C helpt je lichaam bij het opnemen van ijzer uit je voeding. Een topcombinatie dus!

Groente wokken

Verhit opnieuw 1/2 el zonnebloemolie in dezelfde wokpan op hoog vuur. Voeg de geraspte gember, knoflook en peper en de Oosterse groentemix toe en roerbak ze 2 - 3 minuten.Voeg dan de zoet-pittige chilisaus, de zoete Aziatische saus en de sojasaus toe, meng en verhit de saus in 2 minuten.Snijd ondertussen de limoen in kwartjes en hak de pinda's grof.

Tip: Let jij op je zoutinname? Laat de sojasaus dan tijdens de bereiding achterwege en voeg het na serveren eventueel naar smaak toe.

Voeg ondertussen de noedels toe aan de pan met kokend water en kook, afgedekt, in 3 minuten beetgaar en giet af. Haal tijdens het koken de noedels met twee vorken losjes uit elkaar. Laat zonder deksel uitstomen.Voeg de biefstukreepjes samen met de noedels toe aan de wokpan en roer ze gedurende 1 minuut door de groente.

Verdeel de noedels over de borden. Knijp een partje limoen uit boven elk bord. Garneer met de pinda's.
