  • Kook het water en verkruimel het bouillonblokje erboven.
  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Snipper de ui. 
  • Snijd de bloem van de broccoli in zeer kleine roosjes en de steel in kleine blokjes.
  • Snijd de wortel in dunne halve maantjes.

  • Verhit 1 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een grote hapjespan met deksel op middelmatig vuur. Voeg de knoflook, ui en de currykruiden toe en bak 2 - 3 minuten.
  • Dep ondertussen de vis droog met keukenpapier en snijd in gelijke stukken van ongeveer 2 cm. Breng de vis op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Schuif de kruiden naar één kant van de pan en leg de visstukjes aan de andere kant van de hapjespan. Bak 2 minuten per kant. Schep de vis uit de pan en bewaar apart.
Curry maken

  • Voeg de bouillon, kokosmelk, vissaus (let op: zout! Voeg geleidelijk toe en proef goed tussendoor), suiker, wittewijnazijn, wortel en broccoli toe aan de hapjespan en laat, afgedekt, 5 minuten stoven. De broccoli hoeft nog niet gaar te zijn.
  • Weeg de noedels af. Haal het deksel van de pan en voeg de noedels toe. Kook 3 - 4 minuten zonder deksel. 
Serveren

  • Roer de noedels los met een spatel en voeg eventueel extra water of bouillon toe als de curry te snel droogkookt. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Voeg de vis weer toe aan de curry, verwarm kort en verdeel de curry over de borden.
  • Garneer met de gomasio.
