Cooking Steps

Kook ruim water in een pan met deksel voor de verse pasta. Kook de pasta 4 - 5 minuten. Giet daarna af in een vergiet en bewaar een klein beetje kookvocht. Laat de pasta uitstomen. Snijd ondertussen de helft van de citroen in partjes en pers de andere helft uit in een kleine kom.

Snijd de gerookte zalm in dunne repen. Verhit ondertussen de zonnebloemolie in dezelfde pan op middelhoog vuur en bak de gerookte zalm in 3 minuten los. Blus af met het citroensap.

Voeg de slagroom toe aan de pan en laat 2 - 3 minuten sudderen op laag vuur, of tot de verse pasta klaar is. Zet het vuur lager en scheur de spinazie, eventueel in delen, klein boven de pan. Voeg de gekookte pasta toe en meng door de saus.

Verdeel de pasta over diepe borden en serveer met de citroenpartjes.
