Cooking Steps

  • Breng 350 ml water met een snufje zout aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de rijst.
  • Kook de rijst 12 - 15 minuten op laag vuur.
  • Haal de pan van het vuur en laat afgedekt staan.

  • Snijd de komkommer in blokjes.
  • Meng in een kom 1 el wittewijnazijn met 1 tl suiker.
  • Voeg de wittekool en wortel toe aan de kom, breng op smaak met peper en zout en meng goed. Zet apart tot gebruik en schep af en toe om.
  • Halveer de avocado en verwijder de pit en schil. Snijd het vruchtvlees in blokjes.

  • Snijd de kip in blokjes en breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Verhit de roomboter in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak de kip 4 - 5 minuten, of tot de kip gaar is. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Meng in een kleine kom de honing met de helft van de sojasaus, voeg toe aan de koekenpan en roer door zodat de kip gelijkmatig bedekt is. Laat 1 - 2 minuten karamelliseren en roer dan de helft van het sesamzaad erdoor.
  • Haal de pan van het vuur.

  • Meng in dezelfde kleine kom de mayonaise met de overige sojasaus.
  • Voeg de overige wittewijnazijn en suiker toe aan de rijst en roer door met een vork.
  • Verdeel de rijst over kommen. Leg de kip, komkommer, avocado, wittekool en wortel erbovenop
  • Besprenkel met de sojamayo en garneer met het overige sesamzaad.
