Cooking Steps

  • Voeg de tonijnsteaks toe aan een kom en meng met de teriyakisaus en de helft van de sojasaus.
  • Laat minimaal 15 minuten marineren.

  • Halveer de komkommer in de lengte. 
  • Gebruik een deegroller of de platte kant van een mes om de komkommer zachtjes te pletten.
  • Pers de limoen uit boven een kom. Voeg de honing en overige sojasaus toe en roer goed door.
  • Voeg de komkommer toe en meng met de dressing. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Steek de barbecue aan (zie Tip).
  • Voeg het sesamzaad toe aan een kom. 
  • Haal de tonijnsteaks uit de marinade en voeg toe aan de kom met sesamzaad. Zorg ervoor dat de tonijn volledig bedekt is met het sesamzaad.
  • Leg de tonijn op de barbecue en grill 2 - 3 minuten per kant.

Tip: Je kunt de tonijn ook in een koekenpan bakken. Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak 2 - 3 minuten per kant.

  • Snijd de bosui in fijne ringen.
  • Verdeel de komkommersalade over de borden.
  • Snijd de tonijnsteak in plakken en leg op de salade.
  • Garneer met de bosui.
