•Wok or sautépan
- Boil plenty of water in a pot or saucepan.
- Chop the onion and crush or mince the garlic.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Slice the courgette into crescents.
- Boil the farfalle for 11 – 13 minutes, covered, then drain and set aside.
- In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a wok or deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the onion with the garlic for 2 minutes, then stir in the courgette and cherry tomatoes and fry for 4 minutes.
- Add the chicken mince and the paprika and fry for 5 minutes, separating the mince as you do so.
- Stir in the cream and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the farfalle to the sauce and mix well to combine.
- Serve on plates and garnish with the grated cheese.
