Cooking Steps

Chop the vegetables

  • Boil plenty of water in a pot or saucepan.
  • Chop the onion and crush or mince the garlic.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Slice the courgette into crescents.
Cook the farfalle

  • Boil the farfalle for 11 – 13 minutes, covered, then drain and set aside.
  • In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a wok or deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the onion with the garlic for 2 minutes, then stir in the courgette and cherry tomatoes and fry for 4 minutes.
Finish the sauce

  • Add the chicken mince and the paprika and fry for 5 minutes, separating the mince as you do so.
  • Stir in the cream and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve

  • Transfer the farfalle to the sauce and mix well to combine.
  • Serve on plates and garnish with the grated cheese.
