Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. Bak het bruine broodje 6 - 8 minuten zodra de oven op temperatuur is. Snipper de ui zeer fijn.

Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een hapjespan. Bak het kerriepoeder, de garam masala en de helft van de rode ui 1 minuut aan.Voeg de voorgegaarde kippendij en de zoet-pittige chilisaus toe. Duw de kippendij met een spatel uit elkaar. Verhit nog 6 - 8 minuten.

Salade maken

Meng in een saladekom per persoon: 2 el wittewijnazijn en 1 el suiker.Halveer ondertussen de komkommer in de lengte en verwijder met een lepel de zaadlijsten. Snijd in halve cirkels.Meng de komkommerplakjes, de rest van de rode ui, en de witte kool en wortel met de zoetzure dressing.Meng goed en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Snijd de broodjes open en beleg met een beetje salade en vervolgens met wat van de kip. Serveer de belegde broodjes met de rest van de salade.
