Verwarm de oven voor op 220 graden. Snijd de tomaat in blokjes. Giet de mais af.

Tip: Mais is een goede bron van magnesium - belangrijk voor de vorming van bot en spieren. Andere magnesiumrijke ingrediënten zijn pinda's, peulvruchten, banaan, volkoren granen en ja, cacao!

Saus maken

Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak 1 tl Mexicaanse kruiden per persoon 1 minuut. Voeg het kipgehakt toe en bak in 3 minuten los.Voeg de Heinz Tomato Frito, de helft van de mais en de helft van de tomaat toe en laat 4 - 5 minuten pruttelen.Verspreid ondertussen de tortilla's over een ovenrooster met bakpapier en bak 2 - 3 minuten in de oven.

Tostada's maken

Verspreid de tomatensaus met kipgehakt over de gebakken tortilla's en bestrooi met de cheddar. Bak nog 4 - 5 minuten in de oven zodat de kaas smelt. Snijd ondertussen de limoen in partjes.

Meng in een saladekom per persoon: 1/2 el extra vierge olijfolie, het sap van 1 limoenpartje, peper en zout. Meng de veldsla, overige mais en overige tomaat door de dressing. Serveer de tostada's met een partje limoen en de salade.
