Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Snipper de ui. Was of schil de wortel. Snijd vervolgens de wortel in dunne schijfjes. Verhit 1/2 el roomboter per persoon in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur. Fruit de ui en wortelschijfjes 4 - 5 minuten. Bereid de bouillon.

Tip: Wortel zit boordevol vitamine A - goed voor de groei, de gezondheid van je huid, haar en nagels en een goede werking van je ogen en afweersysteem. Het zit bijvoorbeeld ook in boerenkool, spinazie, broccoli en ei.

Vulling maken

Voeg het gemengd gekruid gehakt toe en bak in 3 - 4 minuten los. Voeg de worcestershiresaus, de BBQ rub en de bouillon toe. Breng aan de kook in 2 - 3 minuten tot de bouillon is ingedikt. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Ovenschotel maken

Voeg de vulling toe aan een ovenschaal. Bedek de bovenkant met het bladerdeeg en prik er met een vork een paar gaatjes in. Bak de ovenschotel 20 - 25 minuten in de oven tot het bladerdeeg goudbruin is.

Dressing maken

Meng in een saladekom per persoon: 1/2 el extra vierge olijfolie, 1/2 el wittewijnazijn, 1 tl mosterd en 1 tl honing met peper en zout.

Salade maken
5

Snijd de komkommer in de lengte doormidden en verwijder de zaadlijsten. Snijd vervolgens in dunne halve maantjes. Meng de komkommer, rucola en veldsla door de dressing.

Serveren

Verdeel de ovenschotel over de borden en serveer met de salade.
