•Small Frying Pan
- Crush or mince the garlic.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic, the vegetable mix and half of the water for the sauce.
- Cover with the lid and steam for 4 minutes, then deglaze with the balsamic vinegar and the rest of the water for the sauce.
- Stir in the tomatoes, the cream cheese, the Hello Buon Appetito and the sugar.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, then allow to simmer until serving, uncovered.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the gnocchi for 6 - 8 minutes, leaving it mostly undisturbed so as to allow it to turn golden-brown.
- Melt a knob of butter in a small frying pan over high heat.
- Fry the veggie bacon with the smoked paprika for 5 minutes, or until crispy.
- Meanwhile, roughly chop the fresh herbs.
- Serve the sauce on deep plates with everything else on top.
- Garnish with the fresh herbs to finish.
