Cooking Steps

  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.
  • Rasp de gember met een fijne rasp.
  • Halveer de courgette in de lengte en snijd schuin in dunne halve plakken.
  • Snijd de paprika in reepjes.
Bakken

  • Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de noedels.
  • Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een wok of hapjespan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Bak de knoflook, courgette en paprika 6-8 minuten.
  • Voeg de vegetarische seitankruimels toe en bak 1 minuut mee.
  • Voeg de zoete Aziatische saus en de sojasaus toe en meng goed.

Tip: Let jij op je zoutinname? Gebruik dan de helft van de sojasaus.

Noedels koken

  • Kook ondertussen de noedels, afgedekt, 3- 4 minuten in de pan met deksel.
  • Giet daarna af en voeg de noedels toe aan de wok of hapjespan.
  • Meng de noedels, groente en seitankruimels goed met elkaar en verhit nog 1 minuut op hoog vuur.
Serveren

  • Verdeel de noedels over de borden.
  • Garneer met de cashewstukjes.

Tip: Seitan is een eiwit- en ijzerrijke vleesvervanger gemaakt van tarwe. Door het deeg uit te spoelen blijft alleen het tarwe-eiwit achter. Het is daarnaast ook nog eens calorie-arm. Lekker, ... zie ffact
