  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Snipper de ui.
  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Bak de ui, het rundergehakt en de paprikareepjes in 3 - 5 minuten gaar.
  • Bak het naanbrood 4 - 6 minuten in de oven.

Weetje: Wist je dat paprika naast vitamine C ook rijk is aan vitamine E? Vitamine E is een antioxidant die ook in zonnebloemolie, volkoren producten, noten, zaden en groene groenten zit.

Salade maken

  • Meng in een saladekom per persoon: 1/2 tl zwarte balsamicoazijn en 1/2 el extra vierge olijfolie. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Snijd de tomaat in blokjes.
  • Meng de veldsla met de tomaat door de dressing.

  • Meng in een kleine kom de roomkaas met de groene pesto.
  • Smeer de naanpizza's in met het roomkaas-pestomengsel.
  • Schep het rundergehakt en de groenten erop.
