Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

Haal de boter uit de koelkast, weeg af en snijd in blokjes. Laat de boter op kamertemperatuur komen. Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Meng in een grote kom de speltdeegmix met de boter. Kneed het deeg met je handen tot een bal. Maak er vervolgens grove kruimels van ongeveer 1 bij 1 cm van, door het deeg tussen je vingers te wrijven. Dek de kruimels af en bewaar apart.

Vulling maken

Schil de appels, verwijder het klokhuis en snijd de appels in kleine blokjes van ongeveer 2 bij 2 cm. Meng in een kom de appelblokjes en de rozijnen met de kaneel. Vet een ovenschaal van 20 bij 20cm in.

Taart maken

Stort het appelmengel in de ingevette ovenschaal en verdeel het kruimeldeeg erover. Zorg dat de appels goed bedekt worden door het deeg. Zet de ovenschaal in de oven en bak de crumble 30 - 35 minuten, of tot hij goudbruin is.

Serveren

Laat de crumble 5 minuten afkoelen en serveer (zie TIP).
