Cooking Steps

  • Verhit een grillpan op middelhoog vuur. 
  • Snijd de hotdogbroodjes open, maar niet los. 
  • Leg met de gesneden kant naar beneden op de grill. Toast 3 - 5 minuten, of tot er mooie bruine grillstrepen op het broodje staan.

  • Bak de varkensworst 10 - 12 minuten in de grillpan op middelhoog vuur. 
  • Keer regelmatig om. 
  • Het vlees is gaar als de worst van binnen niet meer roze is.

  • Meng in een kom de wittekool en wortel met 1/4 el mosterd en 1 el mayonaise.
  • Besmeer de hotdogbroodjes met mayonaise naar smaak.
  • Leg de worst in het broodje en garneer met de koolsalade en gesneden augurken.
