Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Breng de aangegeven hoeveelheid water aan de kook in een pan voor de rijst en verkruimel het bouillonblokje erboven.
  • Kook de rijst 15 - 20 minuten.
  • Snijd de bovenkant van de paprika's, maar bewaar de bovenkant om later als deksel te gebruiken. Verwijder de zaadlijsten van de paprika's.

  • Snijd voorzichtig driehoekige ogen en monden uit de paprika's, zodat ze lijken op enge gezichten.
  • Plaats de paprika's met de open kant naar boven op een bakplaat met bakpapier. 
  • Bestrooi royaal met zout. Bak 10 - 15 minuten in de oven.

  • Verhit de olijfolie in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur en bak het gehakt in 3 minuten los.
  • Voeg de tomatenpuree toe en bak nog 1 minuut.
  • Giet de rijst af en voeg toe aan de hapjespan. Bak 2 minuten op middelhoog vuur zonder veel te roeren.
  • Roer de pesto, wittewijnazijn en kaas erdoorheen. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Vul de paprika's met het gehaktmengsel.
  • Plaats de bovenkant op de paprika's en serveer de Halloween-paprika's direct.
