Cooking Steps

Bake the croissants

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. 
  • Transfer the croissants to a parchment-lined baking sheet. 
  • Bake in the oven for 6 - 8 minutes. 
Prepare the filling

  • Zest and juice the lemons.
  • Add the mascarpone to a small bowl and mix with the zest and half of the juice. 
Serve

  • Cut open the croissants and spread the mascarpone on the inside. 
  • Drizzle the blueberry jam on top of the mascarpone. 
  • Serve the croissants on a serving plate.
