Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Halveer de nectarines en verwijder de pit. Leg de nectarines met de gesneden kant naar boven in een ovenschaal, besprenkel met de honing en bestrooi met de kaneel. Bak de nectarines 15 minuten in de oven.
