Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden.
  • Draai van het kipgehakt 8 gehaktballetjes.
  • Verhit de helft van de roomboter in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur en bak de gehaktballetjes 3 minuten.
  • Snijd ondertussen de kip in stukjes van 1 cm. 
  • Voeg de kip toe aan de pan en bak nog 3 - 4 minuten, of tot de kip en gehaktballetjes gaar zijn.

  • Snijd de champignons in kwarten.
  • Haal de kip uit de pan en bewaar apart.
  • Voeg de overige roomboter toe aan de pan en bak de champignons 4 - 5 minuten op middelhoog vuur.
  • Bereid de bouillon. Snijd de citroen in 6 partjes.

  • Snijd voorzichtig de bovenkanten van de pasteitjes en leg naast de pasteitjes op een bakplaat met bakpapier. Bak 5 - 8 minuten in de oven. 
  • Blus de pan af met het sap van 1 citroenpartje.
  • Voeg de bloem toe aan de champignons en bak nog 1 minuut. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Voeg daarna de kookroom en de bouillon toe, roer goed door en bak nog 2 minuten.

  • Snijd de peterselie fijn.
  • Voeg de kip, de gehaktballetjes en de helft van de peterselie toe aan de vol-au-ventsaus. Laat nog 2 minuten koken en breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Schep de vol-au-ventsaus in de pasteitjes.
  • Garneer met de overige peterselie en serveer met een citroenpartje.
