- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Bake the bread for 5 - 6 minutes.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the pulled chicken and fry for 5 - 6 minutes.
- Finely chop the coriander.
- Add the cabbage to a bowl and combine with the coriander, white wine vinegar and soy sauce.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the sambal.
- Halve the baguettes and spread with the spicy mayo.
- Top with the slaw, then add the chicken and serve.
