Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Snijd de bieslook fijn.
  • Haal de plakjes ontbijtspek los van elkaar.
  • Verhit een koekenpan, zonder olie, op middelhoog vuur en bak het ontbijtspek in 3 - 4 minuten knapperig.

  • Kluts de eieren in een kom met een scheutje melk en een snufje peper en zout.
  • Verhit ondertussen de roomboter in een tweede koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Voeg het eimengsel toe aan de pan en roerbak 2 – 3 minuten, of totdat het ei gestold is.

  • Snijd de bagel open.
  • Leg de bagel met de snijkant naar boven op een bakplaat met bakpapier en bestrooi met de geraspte oude kaas.
  • Bak de bagel 4 - 5 minuten in de oven.

  • Beleg de bagel met het roerei.
  • Verdeel het gebakken ontbijtspek over de bagels.
  • Garneer met de bieslook.
