Cooking Steps

Aardappelpartjes maken
1

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Was of schil de aardappelen en snijd in partjes. Meng in een kom de aardappelpartjes met 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon, peper en zout (zie Tip). Verdeel over een bakplaat met bakpapier en bak de aardappelpartjes 30 - 40 minuten in de oven. Schep halverwege om.

Tip: Om afwas te besparen kun je de aardappelpartjes ook direct op de bakplaat met bakpapier mengen met de olijfolie, peper en zout.

Courgette bereiden

Snijd de courgette ondertussen in dunne plakken. Meng in een kom de courgette met 1/4 el olijfolie per persoon, de helft van de gomasio-tuinkruidenmix, peper en zout. Verhit een grillpan of koekenpan zonder olie op hoog vuur en bak of grill de courgette 2 minuten per kant. Haal uit de pan en bewaar apart

Groenten snijden

Snijd de radijs in dunne plakjes. Meng in een kom de radijs met 1/2 el wittewijnazijn per persoon, peper en zout. Snijd de dille en bieslook fijn. Scheur de botersla in kleine stukken. Snipper de ui.

Kipfilet bakken

Verhit de roomboter in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de de ui en kipfilet toe en bak de kipfilet in 2 - 3 minuten per kant goudbruin (zie Tip). Verlaag het vuur en bak de kip nog 4 - 5 minuten, of tot de kipfilet gaar is.

Tip: Is de kipfilet niet overal even dik? Leg de filet dan tussen plasticfolie en sla hem met de onderkant van een pan tot gelijke dikte. Zo gaart de filet gelijkmatiger en blijft hij mals.

Salade maken

Meng in een saladekom de mosterd, honing, wittewijnazijn en extra vierge olijfolie. Breng op smaak met peper en zout en voeg naar smaak nog extra vierge olijfolie toe. Voeg de botersla, radijs, dille en bieslook toe en meng met de dressing. Bestrooi met de overige gomasio-tuinkruidenmix.

Weetje: Deze maaltijd bevat weinig calorieën en zout, maar is door de courgette, sla en aardappelen rijk aan kalium. Kalium is een belangrijk mineraal voor een gezonde bloeddruk.
