Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de rijst en kook de rijst, afgedekt, 8 - 10 minuten. Giet af en laat zonder deksel uitstomen.
  • Voeg aan een kom de kipfiletstukjes en de mix van rode peper, gember en knoflook toe.
  • Voeg de bloem en wittewijn- of rijstazijn toe aan de kip en meng door elkaar. Laat staan tot gebruik.
Snijden

  • Snijd de bosui in ringetjes en bewaar een deel van het groene gedeelte apart voor de garnering.
  • Snijd de paprika in blokjes van 1 cm. 
  • Hak de gezouten pinda's grof.
Roerbakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een wok of hapjespan op hoog vuur.
  • Voeg de gemarineerde kipfiletstukjes toe en roerbak 3 - 4 minuten. Haal uit de pan en bewaar apart.
  • Voeg de bosui en paprika toe aan de wok of hapjespan en bak 3 - 4 minuten op hoog vuur.
  • Voeg de sojasaus, hoisinsaus, bulgogisaus, de kipfiletstukjes en 2 el water per persoon toe. Roer goed door en laat 1 minuut inkoken op middelhoog vuur, of tot er een stroperige saus ontstaat.
Serveren

  • Verdeel de rijst over diepe borden.
  • Schep de gebakken kipfiletstukjes, groenten en saus erop.
  • Garneer met de gezouten pinda's en overige bosui.

Weetje: Wist je dat pinda's rijk zijn aan onder andere vitamine E en magnesium? Vitamine E is goed voor een sterke weerstand en magnesium voor de vorming en goede werking van botten en spieren. Een handje levert al 20% van de ADH van beide.
