  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. 
  • Kook ruim water in een pan en verkruimel het bouillonblokje erboven.
  • Verwijder de steelaanzet van de sperziebonen en snijd ze in 3 gelijke stukken.
  • Kook de rijst 7 minuten op middelhoog vuur.
  • Voeg dan de sperziebonen toe en kook nog 6 - 8 minuten. Giet af en laat uitstomen.
Bakken

  • Snijd de bosui in fijne ringen en bewaar het witte en groene gedeelte apart van elkaar.
  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een wok of hapjespan op middelhoog vuur en bak de kip 3 - 4 minuten.
  • Voeg de spitskool en het witte gedeelte van de bosui toe en bak 4 - 5 minuten.
Mengen

  • Verpak de tortilla's in aluminiumfolie en verwarm ze 2 - 3 minuten in de oven.
  • Meng de rijst en de zoete Aziatische saus met de groenten. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
Serveren

  • Beleg de tortilla's met de rijst en groenten.
  • Garneer met het groene gedeelte van de bosui.
  • Rol de tortilla's op en verdeel over de borden.
