Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden en bak het broodje 8 - 10 minuten. 
  • Snijd de tomaat in kleine blokjes. 
  • Snipper de helft van de ui zeer fijn en snijd de overige ui in halve ringen. 
  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.

Weetje: Wist je dat tomaten veel voordelen hebben voor je gezondheid? Ze zijn rijk aan vitamine A, C en E én lycopeen. Lycopeen is een antioxidant en beschermt onze cellen tegen schadelijke invloeden. Hoe rijper de tomaat, hoe meer lycopeen!

Burger bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el roomboter per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak de burger samen met de uienringen 3 – 5 minuten per kant, of tot de burger gaar is.
  • Strooi in de laatste minuut de helft van de Grana Padano-vlokken over de burger (zie Tip).

Tip: Let jij op je calorie-inname? Gebruik dan de helft van de Grana Padano en meng maar de helft van de extra vierge olijfolie door de tomatensalsa.

Salsa en mayo maken

  • Meng ondertussen in een kom de fijngesneden ui, de tomatenblokjes en de knoflook met per persoon: 1 el extra vierge olijfolie en 1/2 el zwarte balsamicoazijn.
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout en bewaar apart.
  • Meng in een kleine kom 1 el mayonaise per persoon met de basilicumcrème.

 

Serveren

  • Snijd het broodje open en besmeer met de basilicummayonaise.
  • Leg de burger en de gebakken ui erop en bedek met 3 el tomatensalsa per persoon en een beetje van de rucola.
  • Meng de overige rucola met de overige tomatensalsa en serveer ernaast.
  • Garneer de salade met de overige Grana Padano-vlokken.
