Snijd de granaatappel door de helft. Houd een van de helften op je hand, met de snijkant naar beneden, boven een kom en tik er hard op met een houten lepel zodat de pitjes in de kom vallen.

Snijd de nashi in plakjes en verwijder, indien gewenst,de harde kern. Schil de bloedsinaasappel en snijd in plakken. Hak de muntblaadjes grof.

Leg de plakjes nashi en partjes bloedsinaasappel dakpansgewijs op de bordjes. Garneer met de munt, de granaatappelpitjes en honing naar smaak.
