In steeds meer steden duiken er hippe taquerias of tacorestaurants op. Taco’s zijn schelpen gemaakt van maïsmeel. Jij maakt deze hippe hap deze week gewoon zelf! Je vult de taco’s met pittig gebakken kipgehakt, groenten en bonen. Tenslotte nog wat Engelse cheddar erover en het smullen kan beginnen.

Snijd de bleekselderij

Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. Snipper de ui en snijd de tomaat in blokjes. Verwijder de zaadlijsten van de groene peper en snijd fijn. Snijd de bleekselderijstengels in stukken van maximaal ½ cm en snijd eventueel het groene blad fijn.

Roerbak het kipgehakt en de groenten.

Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een wok of hapjespan met deksel en bak het kipgehakt in 5 minuten op middelhoog vuur los. Voeg halverwege de ui, groene peper, bleekselderijstengels en tomatenpuree toe.

Voeg de zwarte balsamicoazijn toe.

Voeg de kidneybonen, tomaat, zwarte balsamicoazijn toe aan de wok of hapjespan en laat, afgedekt, 5 – 7 minuten zachtjes koken op middellaag vuur. Eet je de bleekselderij graag lekker zacht? Laat dan 5 minuutjes extra stoven.

Verdeel de tacoschelpen over een ovenrooster of bakplaat met bakpapier en verwarm 5 minuten in de oven.

Serveer de maaltijd, eet smakelijk!

Verdeel de taco’s over de borden, vul met de saus en garneer met de cheddar en de eventuele bleekselderijblaadjes.
