- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a small bowl, combine the passata with the Italian seasoning.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the pizza dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread with the tomato sauce and bake in the oven for 13 - 15 minutes.
- In a salad bowl, combine the lamb's lettuce with two thirds of the extra virgin olive oil and half of the balsamic vinegar.
- Transfer the burrata to a bowl and break it up with a fork.
- Add a splash of milk to achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
- Add the rest of the extra virgin olive oil, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Set aside in the fridge until serving.
- In a small bowl, combine the honey with the rest of the balsamic vinegar.
- Serve all of the toppings separately at the table and allow everyone to decorate their own pizza (or if preferred, just plate everything directly).
