Snijd de gele peen in blokjes van ½ cm

Verwarm de oven voor op 220 graden of maak gebruik van een broodrooster om de pitabroodjes te bereiden. Snijd de gele peen in blokjes van ½ cm en snijd de prei in dunne ringen.

Voeg de prei toe en 2 el water toe en dek de pan af

Verhit de olijfolie in een wok of hapjespan met deksel en bak de gele peen al roerende 2 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de kalkoenshoarma toe en roerbak 2 minuten. Voeg de prei toe en 2 el water toe en dek de pan af. Bak 8 - 10 minuten op middellaag vuur. Schep tussendoor regelmatig om.

Besprenkel ondertussen de pitabroodjes met water en bak de pitabroodjes 5 minuten in de oven of broodrooster.

Maak een dressing van de extra vierge olijfolie, honing, witte wijnazijn, peper en zout en meng de dressing met de veldsla in een saladekom.
