- Roll 1 pomegranate over the countertop so as to release the seeds, then cut it open and scoop them out.
- Remove the strawberry stems and leaves, then slice the strawberries.
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
- Add two-thirds of the pomegranate seeds, banana and strawberries to a blender (or tall container, if you're using an immersion blender).
- Add the quark, then blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into two bowls.
- Garnish with the rest of the banana, pomegranate seeds and strawberries.
- Drizzle with honey to taste.
