Prepare

  • Roll 1 pomegranate over the countertop so as to release the seeds, then cut it open and scoop them out.
  • Remove the strawberry stems and leaves, then slice the strawberries.
  • Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.

  • Add two-thirds of the pomegranate seeds, banana and strawberries to a blender (or tall container, if you're using an immersion blender).
  • Add the quark, then blend until smooth. 
Serve

  • Pour the smoothie into two bowls. 
  • Garnish with the rest of the banana, pomegranate seeds and strawberries. 
  • Drizzle with honey to taste.
