Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 165 graden.
  • Hak de noten en chocoladedruppels grof.
  • Snijd de gedroogde cranberry's fijn.

  • Meng in een grote kom de havermout met de noten, gedroogde cranberry's, chocoladedruppels en het chiazaad.
  • Scheid van 2 eieren het eiwit van de dooier en voeg het eiwit toe aan een vetvrije kom. Klop het eiwit stijf met een mixer.
  • Voeg de tahin, pindakaas en honing toe en meng goed.
  • Meng dit vervolgens goed door het havermoutmengsel.

  • Bekleed een vierkante ovenschaal met bakpapier.
  • Vul de ovenschaal met het granolamengsel. Druk het mengsel zo goed mogelijk aan met de achterkant van een lepel zodat de repen na het bakken niet uit elkaar vallen.
  • Bak 25 - 30 minuten in de oven.
  • Laat de granola volledig afkoelen. Dit duurt ongeveer 1 - 2 uur.

  • Haal de granola, zodra deze volledig is afgekoeld, voorzichtig uit de ovenschaal en snijd met een scherp mes in dikke repen.
