Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 190 graden.
  • Veeg de kastanjechampignons schoon met keukenpapier. Verwijder de steeltjes van de champignons en snijd fijn.
  • Snijd de bieslook en bladpeterselie fijn. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.
  • Verhit 1/2 el roomboter in een koekenpan op hoog vuur en bak de champignonsteeltjes 2 - 3 minuten. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Meng ondertussen in een kom de roomkaas met de bieslook, bladpeterselie, knoflook en de helft van de geraspte kaas. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Voeg de helft van de gebakken champignonsteeltjes toe en meng goed door de roomkaas.
  • Vul de helft van de kastanjechampignons met het roomkaasmengsel en verdeel de overige geraspte kaas erover. Druk de vulling indien nodig aan met de bolle kant van een lepel.

  • Vul de andere helft van de kastanjechampignons met de overige champignonsteeltjes en de geitenkaas. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Verdeel de walnootstukjes over de champignons met geitenkaas.
  • Bak alle gevulde champignons 8 - 10 minuten in de oven.

  • Besprenkel de champignons met geitenkaas met de honing.
  • Serveer de gevulde champignons op een serveerschaal.
