Cooking Steps

  • Pel de knoflookteen. Pers 1/2 citroen uit boven de keukenmachine of hoge kom.
  • Voeg de kikkererwten, knoflookteen, tahin, 2 el extra vierge olijfolie, piri-piri kruiden, 1/2 zakje gemalen komijn, peper en zout toe aan de keukenmachine of hoge kom.
  • Pureer in 4 - 5 minuten tot een romige hummus in de keukenmachine of met een staafmixer (zie Tip). 

Tip: Blijft de textuur van de hummus korrelig? Voeg 2 el water toe en pureer nog 3 - 4 minuten.

  • Snijd de bieslook fijn. Rasp 1/2 komkommer met een grove rasp. Laat de geraspte komkommer uitlekken in een vergiet en druk met de bolle kant van een lepel het vocht er zoveel mogelijk uit.
  • Voeg de Griekse yoghurt, de geraspte komkommer en de bieslook toe aan een kom. Pers 1/2 citroen uit boven de kom.
  • Meng de tzatziki en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Snijd de komkommer in de lengte door de helft en snijd vervolgens in reepjes. 
  • Snijd de paprika in dunne reepjes.
  • Halveer de snoeptomaatjes.
  • Snijd eventueel de grotere snackwortels doormidden.

  • Schep de dips eventueel over in leuke kommen.
  • Besprenkel beide dips met 1 tl extra vierge olijfolie. 
  • Verdeel de groenten over een serveerschaal en serveer met de dips.
