Krieltjes snijden
1

Kook 250 ml water per persoon in de pan met deksel voor de krieltjes. Was de krieltjes en snijd doormidden. Snijd grote krieltjes in kwarten.

Krieltjes koken

Kook de krieltjes, afgedekt, 12-15 minuten in de pan met deksel. Giet af en laat zonder deksel uitstomen.

Appel snijden

Snipper de sjalot. Snijd de appel (elstar) in kwarten, verwijder het klokhuis en snijd de appel in dunne partjes.

Dressing maken

Maak een dressing van de extra vierge olijfolie, zwarte balsamicoazijn en honing in een saladekom. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Mengen

Voeg de krieltjes, de radicchio- romaineslamelange, sjalot en appel toe aan de saladekom en meng met de dressing.

Serveren

Verdeel de krieltjessalade over de borden en verdeel er de geitenkaas over. Bestrooi met de walnoten.
