Naast de klassieke witte champignon zijn er nog veel meer lekkere soorten paddenstoelen zoals de shiitake die oorspronkelijk uit Japan komt. Op ons blog lees je hoe je shiitake eigenlijk uitspreekt en meer! De kipreepjes zijn alvast voorgekruid met een Japanse kruidenmix met maanzaad, kaneel, anijs en venkel.

Cooking Steps

Bereid de bouillon (zie tip) in een pan met deksel.

Snijd de rode peper fijn.

Schil de gember, verwijder de zaadlijsten van de rode peper en snijd beide fijn.

Bak de kipreepjes

Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een wok of soeppan en fruit de gember en rode peper 2 minuten op laag vuur. Voeg de kipfiletreepjes toe en bak 2 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de paksoi toe en bak nog 2 minuten.

Voeg de paddenstoelen en de bouillon toe

Voeg de gemengde paddenstoelen en de bouillon toe aan de wok of soeppan en laat 6 minuten koken op middelmatig vuur. Voeg na 4 minuten de udonnoedels toe.

Breng de soep op smaak met de sojasaus, peper en zout. Voeg eventueel wat extra water toe, als je de soep vloeibaarder wilt maken.

Serveer de maaltijd, eet smakelijk!

Verdeel de soep over de soepkommen.
