Preheat the oven to 210°C. Peel or thoroughly wash the potatoes and then cut them into wedges (see Tip). Transfer to a bowl and add a light drizzle of olive oil. Season the wedges with salt and pepper, then toss well to coat. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden-brown, tossing halfway.
Tip: this recipe is high in calories. If you're watching your calorie intake, serve a smaller portion of potatoes or skip them altogether and save them for another day.

In the meantime, cut the pastry into 3 triangles per person. Spread with the mustard, making sure to keep the edges clean.

Place each sausage onto the base of a triangle, then roll up the pastry. Dab the tips of the triangles with some water so as to seal the pastry, then scatter over the sesame seeds. Transfer the sausage rolls to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden-brown.

Grate the carrots. Peel and core the apple, then dice it.
Did you know... apples contain flavonoids, which protect us from the effects of free radicals. These are harmful substances caused by UV radiation or air pollution.

In a salad bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the white wine vinegar. Add the carrots and the apple, then toss well to combine with the dressing. Add some honey as preferred, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the veggie sausage rolls and the potato wedges with the apple slaw. Serve the smoky tomato ketchup alongside.
