•Small Bowl
•Baking Sheet with Baking Paper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Add the passata to a small bowl and mix with the Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
- Halve a third of the olives. Cut a third of the olives into strips and the remaining third into rounds.
- Roll out the pizza dough.
- Use a round glass to cut out 12 small circles.
- Use some of the leftover dough to shape out small stems for the top of the pumpkins.
- Transfer the mini pizza shapes to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread 1 tbsp passata over each piece of dough, then add a layer of cheese.
- To make the ghosts: use the olive rounds as spooky eyes.
- To make the spiders: use the halved olives for the spider body and the olive strips for the legs.
- To make the pumpkins: cut the chorizo into triangular eyes and a scary zig-zag mouth.
- Bake the pizzas in the oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Serve while still hot.
