Cooking Steps

Prei stoven

Haal de bakplaat uit de oven en verwarm hem voor op 200 graden. Snijd het wit van de prei in dunne, halve ringen. Bewaar het groene gedeelte, dit gebruik je later. Verwarm in een koekenpan 1/2 el boter per persoon op middelhoog vuur en stoof de prei 5 min.

Snijd de gele paprika in dunne reepjes en de rode ui in halve ringen. Weeg de wortel af en maak met een kaasschaaf of dunschiller dunne plakken van de wortel. Snijd het groene gedeelte van de prei in ringen en was deze daarna grondig. Snijd de tomaat eerst door de helft en daarna in plakken.

Meng in een kom de crème fraîche, gestoofde prei, Italiaanse kruiden en de geraspte kaas. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Tip: Let jij op je calorie-inname? Gebruik dan 3/4 van de crème fraiche en de helft van de geraspte kaas. De overige crème fraiche en geraspte kaas kun je de volgende dag tijdens de lunch verwerken in de soep of tussen een broodje.

Leg de platbroden op een bakplaat met bakpapier. Verdeel het crème fraîche mengsel over de platbroden. Verdeel vervolgens de groenten in stroken over de platbroden, bepaal zelf welke kleurvolgorde jouw regenboog heeft.

Bak de pizza's 10 - 12 minuten in de oven (zie TIP).

Tip: Kook je voor meerdere mensen en passen niet alle pizza's tegelijk in de oven? Bak ze dan in rondes en serveer de pizza alvast in punten.
