Cooking Steps

  • Breng ruim water aan de kook in een steelpan.
  • Voeg de eieren voorzichtig toe zodra het water kookt. Kook de eieren in 8 - 10 minuten hard.
  • Laat de eieren schrikken onder koud water. Pel de eieren en snijd in kwarten.

  • Hak de sla grof. Snijd de tomaat in blokjes. 
  • Halveer de avocado en verwijder de pit en schil. Snijd het vruchtvlees in plakjes. 
  • Snijd het ontbijtspek in reepjes.
  • Snijd de ciabatta in kleine blokjes.

  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de kip toe en bak in 6 - 8 minuten gaar. Haal de kip uit de pan en bewaar apart.
  • Voeg het ontbijtspek toe en bak in 4 - 5 minuten knapperig. Haal het ontbijtspek uit de pan en bewaar apart.
  • Voeg 1 el olijfolie toe aan de pan en bak de ciabattablokjes in 5 - 7 minuten knapperig. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Rasp de Parmigiano Reggiano grof.
  • Voeg de sla toe aan een saladekom. Voeg de dressing toe en meng goed.
  • Verdeel de sla over diepe borden. Leg de kip, de tomaat, de avocado, de Parmigiano Reggiano, de zelfgemaakte croutons, het ei en het ontbijtspek in rijen op de sla.
