Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Kook 200 ml water per persoon in een waterkoker voor de rijst.
  • Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de sperziebonen.
  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Snipper de ui.
  • Verhit de roomboter in een pan met deksel op middelhoog vuur. Bak de knoflook, ui en gemberpuree 1 - 2 minuten. Voeg de rijst toe en roerbak 1 minuut.
Sperziebonen bereiden

  • Voeg het water uit de waterkoker toe aan de pan met rijst.
  • Verkruimel 1/4 bouillonblokje per persoon boven de pan en breng weer aan de kook. Kook, afgedekt, 10 - 12 minuten op laag vuur.
  • Voeg in de laatste minuut de bloemkoolrijst toe. Giet daarna eventueel af en laat afgedekt staan.
  • Verwijder de steelaanzet van de sperziebonen en halveer ze. Kook de sperziebonen 10 minuten in de andere pan met deksel. Giet daarna af en laat uitstomen.

  • Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Bak de kip met 1/4 zakje Koreaanse kruiden per persoon 6 minuten.
  • Voeg de zoete Aziatische saus, de honing en 1 el water per persoon toe. Roer goed door en bak nog 2 minuten.
Serveren

  • Verdeel de rijst en sperziebonen over de borden.
  • Schep de kipfiletstukjes met de saus erop en garneer met de gomasio.
