Voor dit dessert maak je zelf een ouderwets sausje van frambozen met een beetje kaneel. De vruchtjes zijn friszuur van smaak. Houd je van zoet? Voeg dan iets meer suiker aan de frambozen toe.

Frambozen koken
1

Pers de sinaasappel uit. Voeg de frambozen, 1½ el sinaasappelsap per persoon, de suiker en de kaneel toe aan een steelpan. Breng op middelhoog vuur aan de kook, zet het vuur middellaag en laat 4 -5 minuten zachtjes koken, of totdat de frambozen zacht zijn.

Saus maken

Schenk de saus in een fijne zeef, druk de saus er met een pollepel door en vang op in een kom. Hak ondertussen de walnoten grof. Verhit een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en rooster de walnoten totdat ze beginnen te geuren.

Verdeel de Griekse yoghurt over de kommen en schenk er de frambozensaus op. Bestrooi met de walnoten.
