Due to the different suppliers we purchase our products from, nutritional facts per meal can vary from the website to what is received in the delivered box, depending on your region.
- Boil plenty of water in a pot or saucepan. Cook the noodles for 4 - 5 minutes until al dente, then drain and return to the pot.
- Add the sesame oil and toss well to coat, then set aside.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Fry the vegetable mix for 4 - 6 minutes, then add the soy sauce (see Tip).
Tip: if you're watching your salt intake, omit the soy sauce and instead add some later when serving.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the beef mince for 3 - 4 minutes, separating it as you do so. Season to taste with salt and pepper (see Tip).
- Meanwhile, prepare the stock.
- Cut the lime into six wedges.
Tip: if you'd like the dish to be spicier, add some sambal from your pantry as preferred.
- Stir the flour into the vegetables, then add the stock and allow to thicken for 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat, then add the cream cheese, the miso* and the juice of 1 lime wedge per person.
- Mix well and season to taste with pepper.
*Take care, this ingredient is salty! Use as preferred.
- Transfer the noodles to the vegetables and mix well, then serve on plates.
- Top with the beef and garnish with the furikake.
- Serve with the lime wedges alongside.
