Cooking Steps

Groenten snijden

Bereid de bouillon. Snipper de sjalot. Verwijder de zaadlijsten van de rode peper en snijd de rode peper fijn. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Snijd de rode paprika in blokjes. Schil de gember en rasp of snijd fijn.

Roerbakken

Verhit de roomboter in een hapjespan met deksel en fruit de sjalot, de rode peper en de gember 3 minuten op middelmatig vuur. Voeg de knoflook en het kerriepoeder toe en bak 1 minuut. Zet het vuur hoog, voeg de paprika toe en roerbak nog 1 minuut. Weeg 70 g rijst per persoon af, voeg toe aan de pan en schep goed om.

Rijst stomen

Schenk de bouillon bij de rijst en breng aan de kook. Zet het vuur middellaag, dek de pan af en laat de rijst 10 - 12 minuten zachtjes koken. Roer regelmatig door om aanbakken te voorkomen.

Spinazie snijden

Scheur of snijd ondertussen de spinazie grof en snijd de citroen in partjes. Dep de kabeljauwfilet droog met keukenpapier en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Pilav afmaken

Voeg de spinazie in delen toe aan de hapjespan en schep goed om met de rijst, breng op smaak met peper en zout. Leg de kabeljauwfilet op de rijst en dek af. Laat de rijst en de vis 8 - 10 minuten zachtjes stomen, of tot beide gaar zijn.

Verdeel de rijst en de vis over de borden. Serveer met de citroenpartjes.
