  • Snijd de puntpaprika in kleine blokjes. Snijd de komkommer door de lengte in vieren en dan in blokjes.
  • Snijd de koriander fijn. Snijd de limoen in partjes.
Salsa maken

  • Meng in een kom de mango, puntpaprika, komkommer, de helft van de zoet-pittige chilisaus en de helft van de Mexicaanse kruiden (let op: pittig! Gebruik naar smaak) en de helft van de koriander.
  • Knijp 1 limoenpartje per persoon uit boven de salsa. 
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout. Roer goed door en zet apart.
  • Meng in een kleine kom de zure room met het sap van 1 limoenpartje per persoon. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
Tonijnblokjes bakken

  • Wrijf de mini-tortilla's in met 1 el zonnebloemolie per persoon en de overige Mexicaanse kruiden.
  • Verspreid de mini-tortilla's over een bakplaat met bakpapier en bak in 4 - 6 minuten knapperig.
  • Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een koekenpan op hoog vuur. Bak de tonijnblokjes in 1 minuut rondom bruin, haal ze uit de pan en voeg toe aan een kom. Voeg de overige zoet-pittige chilisaus toe en breng op smaak met peper en zout.
