Halfvolle kwark met banaan, mandarijn, kokosrasp en muesli

  • Snijd de banaan in plakken. Pel de mandarijn en verdeel in parten.
  • Verdeel de halfvolle kwark over de kommen.
  • Voeg de banaan en de mandarijn toe en garneer met de kokosrasp en de muesli.
Meergranencrackers met avocado, geitenkaas en tuinkers

  • Verdeel de crackers over de borden. Snijd de avocado doormidden, verwijder de pit en de schil en prak het vruchtvlees grof met een vork. Beleg de crackers met de avocado.
  • Knip de tuinkers los. Strooi de geitenkaas vlokken over de avocado en garneer met de tuinkers. Voeg eventueel peper en zout naar smaak toe.
Woutkorn demi-baguette met roerei, tomaat en tuinkers

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Snijd de helft van de roomboter in kleine blokjes en knip 1 el tuinkers per persoon af. Kluts in een kom de eieren met het scheutje melk, peper en zout. Voeg de blokjes roomboter en de helft van de tuinkers toe.
  • Bak de woutkorn demi-baguette 10 minuten in de oven. Snijd de tomaat in plakken. Pers de sinaasappelen.
  • Smelt de overige roomboter in een koekenpan. Voeg het ei toe en laat al roerend op middellaag vuur stollen.
  • Snijd de woutkorn demi-baguette open en verdeel het ei en de tomaat erover. Garneer met de overige tuinkers. Serveer met de verse sinaasappelsap.
