Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Halveer de prei in de lengte en snijd in dunne halve ringen. Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de ravioli en verkruimel het bouillonblokje erboven.

Saus maken

Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een hapjespan met deksel en fruit de knoflook en prei 5 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de vadouvan toe, bak 1 minuut mee. Blus af met de slagroom en laat, afgedekt 8 - 10 minuten zachtjes koken. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Ravioli koken

Kook de ravioli, afgedekt, 4 - 6 minuten in de bouillon. Giet af en spoel voorzichtig met koud water zodat ze niet aan elkaar gaan plakken.Hak ondertussen de hazelnoten grof. Voeg de ravioli toe aan de saus en roer voorzichtig door. Schenk de prei-roomsaus met ravioli in een ovenschaal en bestrooi met de geraspte Italiaanse kaas en de hazelnoten. Bak 10 minuten in de oven, of tot de kaas gesmolten is.
