Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel. Voeg de orzo toe en kook 10 - 12 minuten. Giet af en laat zonder deksel uitstomen.Halveer de rode cherrytomaten en snijd de komkommer in blokjes.Snipper de rode ui en zet apart.Hak de olijven fijn.Meng de cherrytomaten, komkommer en olijven in een saladekom.

Prak de feta in een kom met een vork.Voeg de yoghurt, de gedroogde oregano, peper, zout en 1/2 el extra vierge olijfolie per persoon toe en meng goed.Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn en voeg toe. Meng goed, tot er een dikke saus ontstaat.

Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Bak de ui en de falafel samen 2 - 3 minuten. of tot de falafel rondom bruin is.Meng in een saladekom 1 el extra vierge olijfolie per persoon, 1/2 el zwarte balsamicoazijn , peper en zout tot een vinaigrette.Meng de olijven, rode cherrytomaten, komkommer en orzo door de vinaigrette in de saladekom.

Verdeel de orzosalade over de borden en voeg extra vierge olijfolie toe naar smaak.Serveer de falafel met de fetasaus.Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
