Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden
1

Was de krieltjes en snijd doormidden. Hak de verse kruiden fijn (zie Tip). 

Tip: Vind je dille niet lekker of eten er kinderen mee? Houd dan de dille apart en snijd alleen de bieslook fijn.

Krieltjes bakken

Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een hapjespan met deksel op middelhoog vuur en bak de krieltjes, afgedekt, 25 – 30 minuten. Schep regelmatig om, haal na 20 minuten het deksel van de pan en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Groenten snijden

Halveer de komkommer in de lengte en verwijder de zaadlijsten. Snijd de komkommer in blokjes. Schil of was de appel, verwijder het klokhuis en snijd de appel in blokjes. Scheur de bladeren van de botersla grof.

Salade maken
4

Meng in een saladekom de verse kruiden, de helft van de mayonaise en 1 tl wittewijnazijn per persoon. Meng de appel, komkommerblokjes en botersla in de saladekom door de dressing en breng op smaak met peper en zout.  

Kaasburger bakken
5

Verhit een koekenpan zonder olie op middelhoog vuur. Bak de Old Amsterdam kaasburger in 2 - 3 minuten per kant goudbruin. 

Serveren
6

Leg 1 Old Amsterdam kaasburger op elk bord. Serveer met de gebakken krieltjes, de komkommer-appelsalade en de overige mayonaise.
