Verwarm de oven voor op 220 graden. Leg de flammkuchen op een bakplaat met bakpapier.

Verkruimel de geitenkaas en snijd de rode in in halve ringen. Rits de blaadjes van de citroentijm. Besmeer de flammkuchen met de zure room en beleg met de geitenkaas, rode ui en blaadjes citroentijm. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Bak de flammkuchen in 8 - 10 minuten goudbruin in de oven.

Snijd de flammkuchen in stukken en garneer met de walnootstukjes en besprenkel met de honing.
