Cooking Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the brie into small cubes. 
  • Slice the puff pastry into 16 squares.

  • Spread the cranberry chutney onto each puff pastry square.
  • Lay one cube of brie on top of each square. 
  • Fold the puff pastry over the brie and press with your fingers to close the bites.

  • Transfer the brie bites to a parchment-lined baking sheet. 
  • Bake in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden-brown and the cheese has melted.

  • Transfer the brie bites to a serving plate and serve while still warm.
