Kook ruim water in een pan met deksel voor de pasta en kook, afgedekt, 12 - 14 minuten. Bewaar 50 ml kookvocht per persoon, giet af en laat zonder deksel uitstomen. Breng nog een pan met water met een snuf zout aan de kook voor de groenten. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn en snijd de limoen in parten. Meng in een grote kom de knoflook, honing-gemberdressing, sesamolie, sojasaus en het sap van 1 limoenpartje per persoon. Marineer hierin de kip.

Tip: Hou je van sambal? Voeg dan naar smaak wat sambal toe aan de marinade. Dit geeft de kip wat pit.

Snijden en koken

Snijd de bloem van de broccoli in kleine roosjes en de steel in blokjes. Snijd de wortel in halve maantjes. Kook de broccoli en wortel in 4 - 6 minuten beetgaar. Giet af. Snijd ondertussen de ui in halve maantjes. Hak de pinda's fijn.

Tip: Broccoli wordt niet voor niets gezien als een supergroente. Het is rijk aan onder andere calcium, kalium, ijzer en vitamine B, C en E.

Kip bakken

Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur. Haal de kip uit de marinade en bak in 4 - 5 minuten rondom bruin. Voeg de ui toe en bak nog 3 minuten mee. Meng een saus van de overgebleven marinade, pindakaas en het bewaarde kookvocht van de pasta. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Voeg de groenten, pasta en saus toe aan de hapjespan. Meng goed door. Verdeel de pasta over diepe borden. Garneer de pasta met de gehakte pinda's. Serveer met de eventueel overgebleven limoenpartjes.
